The Return Consultation is where everything comes together.
This session is designed to walk you through your test results in a clear, structured way — so you finally understand what’s driving your symptoms, how your gut health fits into the bigger picture, and what needs to be addressed next.
This is not a generic results review.
It’s a guided interpretation that turns complex data into clarity and direction.
WHAT THIS SESSION IS FOR
By the time you reach this consultation, you have already completed:
• An Initial Health Consultation
• Functional medicine testing (if recommended)
The Return Consultation is where we translate that information into understanding.
WHAT WE COVER IN YOUR RETURN CONSULTATION
During this one-on-one session, we will:
• Review your test results in detail
• Explain what is out of balance and why
• Identify the key drivers behind your symptoms
• Connect gut health findings to wider systemic symptoms
• Answer your questions clearly and practically
This is where the pieces finally start to make sense.
You’ll leave this session with a clear understanding of:
• What’s been happening in your body
• Why previous approaches may not have worked
• What needs to be addressed to move forward

The Return Consultation is the final step of Stage 1.
It provides the clarity needed to move into healing — without guessing, trial and error, or generic protocols.
WHAT COMES NEXT
At the end of your Return Consultation, we’ll discuss the most appropriate next step based on your results.
For most clients, this is Stage 2 — the 16-Week Gut Repair & Rebalance Program, where we apply what’s been identified through:
• Targeted nutrition
• Personalised or foundational supplementation
• Lifestyle support
• Behaviour change strategies
• Ongoing structure and guidance
There is no pressure to decide in the moment.
The purpose of this session is clarity — not commitment.

• Healing and implementation happen in Stage 2
